Scheduling Your Practical Examination

If you do not have an acceptable reason for failing to attend or cancelling (with less than 14 days' notice) a scheduled practical examination, you will be advised that the non-attended examination date will be considered a "failed attempt" at the exam process.

This section is not required for CFTA, international applicants, continuing competencies and board hearing examinations unless your qualification review required a practical examination.

Scheduling Your Written and Jurisprudence Examinations

In order to complete the written and/or jurisprudence exam, you will need a BCeID. Once you have obtained your BCeID, you need to request access to the online exam system. Click here to Request Access. The exam coordinator will review your request and assign your required online exams within two weeks of receiving all of the exam requirements.

Employment information is only required to be completed for all the employers for whom you plan to use your EMA licence.

When completing the questions that follow, the applicant should read the questions carefully and answer the questions truthfully. If the applicant has any questions regarding how to respond, they are strongly encouraged to contact the Branch for clarification. Should the applicant provide any inaccurate, false or misleading information or omit any required information, their application may be immediately cancelled, and the Board may use this information when making a determination of good character on future applications.
