Testing Notes (JUL 21)

  • Use you own email address for entry. This is where the submitted form results will be sent.
  • "Submit" will send default attachments to the email entered.
  • Email includes a specified Subject and Body that includes Name and All Data, as configured in the Advanced tab.
  • None of the fields are marked as required or have validation beyond default settings.
